Job Responsibilities :
01. Good at handling team and monitoring with prior experience
02. In charge of doctors for their daily productivity, attendance, quality and quantity processing
03. Shall manage case allocation, control pendency, oversee rosters, team discipline and ensure adherence to applicable scheme guidelines
04. Communicate and train on the new changes or scheme updates
05. handhold and train new joiners
06. Random audit for quality check and share feedback
Education - BAMS / BHMS / BDS
Experience - Prior TPA / Insurer experience with 5-6 Years
Location - Sector 91, Mohali
