The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR activities for the hotel and restaurant team. The role includes recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, and basic HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for all hotel and restaurant positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files.
- Handle staff onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll data.
- Ensure company policies are followed by all employees.
- Manage staff grievance handling and ensure good workplace discipline.
- Support training and development activities.
- Handle exit process and full-and-final settlements.
- Coordinate with management for HR reports and manpower updates.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
- Ability to handle staff issues calmly
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, HR software)
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (HR/Hospitality preferred)
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Hotel/Restaurant industry preferred)
