Job Summary
The F&B Controller Executive is responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, maintaining inventory records, ensuring proper stock management, and supporting the Finance and F&B departments in achieving profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily food and beverage cost reports.
- Conduct physical inventory checks of stores, kitchen, bars, and outlets.
- Verify daily consumption, wastage, and transfer reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost analysis reports.
- Ensure all purchases and receiving are as per company standards and approved rates.
- Reconcile stock movement with POS and store records.
- Monitor portion control and standard recipe compliance.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Kitchen, and Finance departments.
- Check and verify invoices, GRNs, and store requisitions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and control wastage.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit records.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B Cost Control in hotels or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and costing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel software/POS systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Reporting To
Financial Controller / Director Finance / F&B Manager
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
