Sr. Kinaxis Solution Consultant
Company
Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
- 6+ years of experience in S&OP Planning
- Experience in Kinaxis project implementation and support
- End-to-end understanding of S&OP processes
- SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integration experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
- Work with global teams to provide 24/7 client support.
- Be available for weekend and off-business-hour support when required.
- Monitor systems proactively and address issues before they impact business operations.
- Manage incidents and support activities for Kinaxis RapidResponse environments.
Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to deliver custom solutions.
- Support implementation and enhancement of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Assist with integration between Kinaxis and SAP systems.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and executives.
