Job Title: Computer Cum English Trainer
Location: Munirka, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Computer Cum English Trainer who can teach students of all age groups and proficiency levels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer knowledge, strong English communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach computer courses to students of different age groups (Kids, Teenagers, College Students, and Working Professionals).
- Deliver training in:
- Basic Computer Skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet & Email
- Google Workspace
- Typing Skills
- Basic Programming (preferred)
- Digital Literacy
- Conduct Spoken English and English Communication practice sessions.
- Help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence.
- Handle student inquiries and counsel prospective students about available courses.
- Coordinate admissions, follow-ups, and batch scheduling.
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical activities.
- Encourage students through interactive and activity-based learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Support institute operations whenever required.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Confident in teaching students of all ages.
- Friendly, patient, and professional personality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic counseling and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate daily activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Tech, or any relevant field.
- Certification in Computer Applications is an added advantage.
- Spoken English certification or prior English teaching experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Experience
- 0–3 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Experience in both Computer Training and Spoken English Training is an advantage.
