We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Executive to support sales operations, manage client communications, handle IndiaMART leads, prepare quotations and invoices, and provide technical assistance to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic technical understanding. Key Responsibilities: Handle and respond to IndiaMART inquiries and leads. Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and provide product information. Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents. Support the sales team in day-to-day operations. Maintain customer records and update data in Excel/CRM. Follow up with prospective and existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support. Resolve basic technical queries and escalate complex issues when required. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Qualification: BTech , MBA, civil lines, etc.
