Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Salem. The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of payroll administration, labor law compliance, and HR policies
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field; advanced certification (such as SHRM or PHR) is a plus
