We are looking for a friendly and organized Restaurant Manager to run our daily operations. You will lead our team, make sure our guests have a great dining experience, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Staff: Hire, train, and schedule team members (servers, cashiers, and kitchen staff).
- Help Guests: Make sure customers are happy and handle any complaints quickly and politely.
- Oversee Daily Work: Open and close the restaurant, check food quality, and keep everything clean.
- Handle Money: Track daily sales, manage cash drawers, and control food and labor costs.
- Follow Rules: Make sure the restaurant follows all health, safety, and food safety rules.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
