In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be expected to work in rotational shifts and assist customers with their queries and concerns related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Understand and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
Document customer interactions and ensure accurate and complete record-keeping.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues.
Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
