We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute government infrastructure projects, including works under BBMP jurisdiction. The candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with government bodies and contractors to ensure timely completion in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day execution of civil works at the project site (roads, drainage, culverts, footpaths, etc.)
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and BBMP/Government norms
- Coordinate with BBMP officials, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Maintain and submit daily progress reports and site records
- Monitor quality control and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols
- Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and verification of contractor bills
- Manage project timelines and report any delays or issues to senior management
- Support in conducting site inspections with government officials
- Prepare and maintain documentation for approvals and inspections
