Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound professional with an IT background who can understand client requirements, demonstrate technology solutions, coordinate implementations, and support business development initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with sales, operations, product, and client teams to promote and implement TSG's technology solutions, including AI, Computer Vision, Workflow Automation, Analytics dashboards, and Gen-AI applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Client Engagement
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and client pitches.
- Participate in client meetings and solution discussions.
Technology Solutions
· Drive adoption of TSG's technology offerings, including: AI-powered Video Analytics (Total Vizion) & Gen-AI Solutions
- Coordinate with internal technology and implementation teams.
Project Coordination
- Manage implementation timelines and customer onboarding.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and support activities.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
Solution Consulting
- Analyze client processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Recommend technology-led improvements.
- Prepare business cases and ROI-driven solution proposals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AI, Gen-AI, Computer Vision, Automation, and Analytics.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, AI, Data Science) or equivalent.
- MBA (IT/Marketing) preferred.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Computer Vision, Analytics, APIs, CRM, ERP, and workflow systems.
- Knowledge of software implementation lifecycle.
- Good understanding of dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to understand both business and technical requirements.
- Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
