Job Description
The Recruitment and Engagement Specialty will work closely with business units to manage talent acquisition, employee engagement. The role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely hiring, and creating initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner and employee advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offerrollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants) to attract quality talent.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Coordinate and drive smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Build and promote employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyses insights to improve engagement.
- Drive employee recognition and reward programs.
- Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and enhance overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement engagement strategies and retention initiatives.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant HR experience.
- 3–4 years of experience with strong focus on recruitment and engagement.
