Role Overview
The Digital S2V Travel, Expense & Payment Expert is responsible for the operational stability, optimization, and evolution of the Travel & Expense (T&E) and Payments application landscape within Source to Value (S2V). The role acts as the Digital functional owner of the Navan T&E application, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA as the core ERP and reliable execution of vendor and employee payments via SAP F110.
The position partners closely with global business stakeholders, Digital, and support teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and user‑centric solutions that generate measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Navan Travel & Expense application, including configuration, releases, integration with ERPs and other apps, vendors, contracts, licenses, and budget.
Provide functional and technical expertise on SAP S/4HANA FI‑AP, payments, and related S2V processes (e.g., invoicing).
Drive incident, problem, and enhancement management, reducing defects while improving user experience and process efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, T&E solutions (Navan, Concur, or similar), and payment processing using F110.
