Key Responsibilities
Hardware & software troubleshooting
Computer and peripheral maintenance
Network troubleshooting and connectivity support
Installation, configuration & preventive maintenance
ATM/Banking equipment technical support
Field-level troubleshooting and service activities
Coordinating with internal teams and customers
Candidate Profile
✅ Diploma in IT / Hardware & Networking Engineering preferred
✅ Experience in IT Hardware & Networking Technical Support
✅ Good knowledge of computer hardware, software & networking
✅ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
✅ Willingness to travel/commute to different locations
✅ Comfortable working under pressure and in field conditions
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered
Dedicated Training:
Selected candidates will receive job-specific technical training to help them understand the systems, processes and responsibilities.
