About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company databases.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Eligibility
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, if required.
