Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth of BOSCH Home Appliances within the assigned territory by developing dealer relationships, increasing market coverage, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role requires strong market knowledge, regular dealer visits, and effective implementation of sales and promotional activities. The position also involves merchandising, retail engagement, and coordinating after-sales support to strengthen the BOSCH brand presence. The role aligns with Bosch's emphasis on regional sales management, customer acquisition, retailer support, and professional product representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and retail partners within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and institutional customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and optimum stock levels across dealer outlets.
- Execute company sales promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Display and maintain BOSCH products as per merchandising guidelines.
- Train dealer sales staff on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market intelligence reports, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, customer engagement programs, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA (Preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electricals, or Kitchen Appliances.
- Experience handling BOSCH, Siemens, IFB, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Haier, or similar premium appliance brands will be an advantage.
