Job Description:
Uni Prime Buildtech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with prior experience in real estate, construction, or property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting property presentations, and accompanying clients for site visits in Himachal Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for real estate projects.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their investment requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and sales meetings.
- Accompany clients for project/site visits in Himachal Pradesh.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, Property Sales, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must own a four-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and construction industry.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in selling residential, commercial, or plotted developments.
- Familiarity with the Himachal Pradesh real estate market will be an added advantage.
