About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling data, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company records and documentation
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle internal coordination and administrative support
- Maintain and update databases, files, and reports
- Assist in preparing reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Handle emails and basic communication tasks
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of records
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
