Job Description: We are seeking skilled VMC Operators and QC inspectors with 2-5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC machines to perform Nonstandard job works
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience as a VMC Setter & Operator
- Proficiency in operating VMC machines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
