1.Ensure On time delivery of Zero-defect Components as per Load chart given by planner
2.Ensure the fulfillment of documentation for ISO, EOHS, KHO activities
Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Ensure the loading of cubical parts as per load chart

Ensure the effective utilization of (Man & machine)
-
Ensure the alternate for B/D & Absenteeism
-
Ensure the machine availability in coordination with TPM
-
Ensure the Quality proofing for critical machines
-
Proofing of new components
-
Ensure the Tools readiness for next load
-
Conducting PNCAT meeting & action for Nonconformity parts
-
Development activities (ACME, CTR, STR, Resource modification)
-
To maintain house discipline & Work culture
-
Imparting training to new trainees in work
-
To enhance multi-skill in operator by on-the-job training
-
Conducting DSM
-
Support for QCC, CIT, SIT & TFT
-
Solvage of daily issues in Gemba
-
Ensure the availability of consumables & PPEs for monthly production.

Implementation of KHO in cubical
-
Updation of ISO-QMS and OSHAS & KHO Documents
