Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Social Media & Creative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging social media content, including AI-generated images and videos, graphic designs, professional video edits, motion graphics, and visual effects.
The candidate should be able to understand creative concepts and independently transform them into high-quality visual content suitable for various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Create AI-generated images and videos using relevant AI tools.
- Design social media posts, creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
- Edit professional Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Create motion graphics, animations, text effects, transitions, and visual effects (VFX).
- Develop creative concepts and execute them into visually appealing content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, video editing, design, AI, and content creation trends.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and communication requirements.
- Adapt and optimize content for different social media formats and aspect ratios.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation.
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics, Animation, and VFX.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Knowledge of colour correction/grading, audio syncing, sound effects, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, especially Reels and short-form video content.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Good attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation, CGI, or advanced visual effects.
- Experience creating content using modern AI-powered creative tools.
- Understanding of social media content strategy and platform-specific content requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio will be given preference.
- Freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share samples of their work, including graphic designs, AI-generated content, video edits, motion graphics, and/or VFX projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
