Architectural Draftsperson — Hybrid (2 days in office) Experience: 2–3 years
Opportunity We're looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join Epinoyah Design Studio, translating design concepts into precise, buildable drawings for interior and architecture projects that include cafés, restaurants, spas, salons, boutique hotels, farmhouses, and small offices.
Work Ability & Expectations
- Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in AutoCAD/Revit
- Convert design sketches and concepts from architects/designers into accurate technical drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with design, structural, and site teams to resolve drafting discrepancies
- Maintain and update drawing sets through revisions and design changes
- Prepare BOQ-supporting drawings and detailing for material/finish specifications
- Manage multiple drawing sets and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Stay updated on drafting standards, construction methods, and software tools
Credentials
- Diploma/degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship from a reputed institute
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience as a draftsperson in an interior design or architecture firm
- A portfolio showcasing working drawings and drafting projects (mandatory)
