Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing medium-sized customer accounts within an assigned geographic territory. The role focuses on delivering technically complex or multi-solution offerings, building strong relationships with customer stakeholders at the manager/director level, and achieving defined sales targets while adhering to business guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with medium-sized customer accounts in the assigned territory.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions, including technically complex or multi-product offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (manager/director level).

Drive sales performance by achieving established targets or quotas.

Negotiate pricing and margins within defined business parameters.

Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.

Provide ongoing support and service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and service teams) to deliver customer solutions effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
