Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide and assist working professionals interested in pursuing B.Tech and Diploma programs. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, explaining program benefits, managing admissions, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding B.Tech and Diploma programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structure, and program benefits.
- Guide candidates throughout the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries effectively.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, telesales, or academic sales.
- Experience in higher education, distance learning, online learning, or professional programs will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
