Skills Requirements:
- Good in time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills(mandatory).
- Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite (mandatory - basic knowledge, if fresher or hand exposure, if experience).
- Should be focused on the task assigned and can complete on the given TAT.
- The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
- Have knowledge on chatting or communicating with the leads/customers.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods & Night Shift comfortable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM portal.
- Perform analysis on property value using data, market trends, and research.
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information whichever is needed. Track property details and compare it with various websites to identify a lead. You follow a proven sales process with proper tone either through SMS/email.
- Should be able to handle complex situations, and able to identify and remove possible deal-killers before going for the deal closure.
- Categorizing the SMS/email as per the given criteria. Requesting data from various county sources/clients and keeping a track of the same.
- Making sure all clients have their data ready before it goes for marketing.
- Tracking daily/weekly/monthly tasks, campaign and marketing data for assigned clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
