- Laptop troubleshooting and basic repair
- OS installation and software support
- Laptop cleaning and servicing
- Hardware checking and diagnosis
- Customer support and service updates
- Basic networking knowledge is an advantage
Requirements:
- Fresher or 0–2 year experience
- Basic knowledge of laptops and desktop hardware
- Passion to learn repair and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- ITI / Diploma / Any Computer-related course preferred
