The role involves conducting site inspections and property verification, carrying out valuation assignments for major Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, court purposes, and other statutory requirements, verifying property documents, measurements, boundaries, and access details, assessing property values in accordance with prevailing valuation standards and market practices, and preparing valuation reports with necessary documentation and photographs. Candidates should possess good knowledge of construction practices, property valuation procedures, and be willing to travel for site inspections and field assignments.
