We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead business acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic client development . The role involves managing high-value B2B sales conversations with business owners, founders, and decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities, improving conversion performance, maintaining structured follow-up systems, and driving long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consultative sales, business development, pipeline management, and revenue-focused sales execution. Candidates with backgrounds in B2B services, consulting, financial services, ERP consulting, or enterprise sales will be preferred. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic sales capabilities with the ability to handle performance-driven targets and professional reporting systems.
