Shift: US Timings (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST)
We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 6 Months of Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing
✅ Basic English communication skills
✅ Good knowledge of marketing bench consultants
✅ Willingness to work in US Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners
- Submit consultants to suitable job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with vendors and consultants
- Negotiate rates and close placements
- Maintain daily reports and follow up with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 6 months of Bench Sales experience
✔ Basic English communication and email writing skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)
✔ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
