Each candidate must be based in or very familiar with their respective territory.
Key Hiring Criteria1. Existing Customer Database
This is the non-negotiable requirement. The candidate must already have an active, warm customer base within their assigned territory. We are not looking to build from scratch; we need someone who can hit the ground running.
2. Industry Background
Preference is for candidates from the corrugation industry, as they are likely to have connections with our target customers. However, this is not mandatory. Candidates from any industrial/B2B sales background are welcome, provided they have established relationships with Auto or Industrial Equipment buyers in the area.
3. Field Sales Experience
2 to 4 years of B2B industrial sales or business development experience.
4. Own Vehicle
Daily field visits are a core part of the role; owning a vehicle is required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
