Post – Business Development Manager (BDM) – US B2B Sales - WORK FROM OFFICE
Location – Pune
Job Summary:
Infinity IPS is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B sales handling international US clients. The candidate should possess proven expertise in generating business opportunities, client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth with US-based clients. The ideal candidate must have experience in international B2B sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with US-based clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international B2B clients
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with US clients
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and forecasting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term partnerships with international clients and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in B2B sales with international US clients
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling international client accounts and relationship management
- Ability to work in US shift / overlapping US business hours
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and business growth
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in international B2B sales environment
- Exposure to US market/client handling preferred
- Leadership and team coordination skills will be an added advantage
