Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure: Servers, networks, firewalls, CCTV
Handle EDP operations: Production data entry, validations & MIS
Support ERP modules for Production, Inventory, QA, Dispatch
Ensure smooth IT operations on the shop floor (scanners, terminals, barcode systems)
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for minimal production downtime
Implement data security, backups & system updates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics
Experience in manufacturing IT systems preferred
Strong troubleshooting & coordination skills
