- Maintain and update Petty Cash Reconciliation with proper documentation.
- Monitor and record day-to-day financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile daily bank transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely data entry in accounting software.
- Assist in monthly closing and report preparation.
- Maintain and manage Zoho Books
- Record all day-to-day financial transactions, including admissions, fees, and expenses.
- Prepare and reconcile student fee reports and follow up on pending payments.
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Support in monthly closing, reports, and audits.
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for accounts-related tasks.
