We are hiring for a FRESHER MBA-Marketing as a Customer Relationship Executive - Business Development drives company growth by sourcing new clients, identifying profitable market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships. Acting as a crucial bridge between an organization and its prospective customers, a BDE focuses on expanding the customer base, boosting revenue and securing long-term business sustainability.
- Job Type and Timing:- on-site, full-time; permanent, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (Candidates living in nearest areas of Alambagh, Lucknow will PREFER in selection.)
- NO VIRTUAL ROUND WILL HELD Interview will held in FACE TO FACE MODE ONLY in Lucknow head office.
Work experience & Qualification required:-
- Minimum 1 years in Sales and Business Development or FRESHER's MBA Marketing.
- Excellent in PPT presentation and basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Associates.
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
Essential Skills for Success:-
- To excel in this role, a BDE must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strategic sales and marketing abilities.
- Strong negotiation, data analysis, and project management skills are also vital for navigating complex markets and adapting to changing conditions.
Salary:- Rs.15,000-20,000/- + incentives (negotiable).
