Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
