We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing front desk operations and handling visitors.
Attending and directing phone calls professionally.
Maintaining office records, files, and documentation.
Handling emails and correspondence.
Coordinating with staff, students, parents, and visitors.
Providing administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet.
Pleasant personality with professional behavior.
Prior experience in reception or office administration will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
