- Making Outbound Calls: Contacting prospective clients using prepared scripts to introduce products or services.
- Handling Inbound Inquiries: Responding to customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information.
- Lead Management: Following up with potential leads to convert them into sales and scheduling callbacks for interested prospects.
- Data Maintenance: Accurately logging call details, customer feedback, and interaction histories into the company database.
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or closed sales.
