- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and general messages with clear and polite communication.
- Providing accurate information regarding services, packages, schedules, and operational timings.
- Coordinating and confirming daily appointments, minimizing client wait times through proactive scheduling.
- Resolving minor grievances on the spot with empathy and patience; escalating complex issues to department heads immediately.
- Following up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their complete satisfaction.
- Accurately registering new clients, updating records, and maintaining billing/billing-related data where required.
- Coordinating with internal teams (nursing, medical, administrative, or housekeeping staff) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintaining daily shift logs, appointment schedules, and visitor data trackers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
