Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Operations
- Manage daily operations of mechanical, bodyshop, washing, and PDI activities.
- Ensure smooth job flow, minimum turnaround time (TAT), and maximum productivity.
- Monitor bay utilization and workshop efficiency.
2. Customer Satisfaction (CSI)
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high CSI scores.
- Handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain quality standards to avoid repeat repairs.
3. Revenue & Targets
- Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and parts targets.
- Monitor billing, productivity, and efficiency KPIs.
- Drive upselling of value-added services.
4. Team Management
- Lead Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Conduct daily briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
5. Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to OEM (Mahindra) guidelines and SOPs.
- Maintain audit readiness and documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and workshop compliance.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with Parts, Sales, CRM, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure availability of parts for timely service delivery.
Pay: ₹14,352.05 - ₹47,303.16 per month
