Duties to be performed.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
- Explain company services, courses, or products to customers
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information
- Convince potential customers and generate leads or admissions
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers regularly
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with other departments when required
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Maintain good communication and positive attitude during calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or demo sessions if needed
- Ensure proper follow-up until closure or confirmation

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification Plus Two and above.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, or Hindi is an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
