Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to prepare detailed drawings for HVAC, plumbing, chilled water, ducting, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, experience with shop drawings and coordination drawings, and the ability to work closely with MEP teams to ensure accurate, clash free execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as built drawings for MEP systems
- Develop pipe fitting drawings, plumbing layouts, HVAC equipment drawings, chilled water system drawings, and ducting shop drawings
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project updates
- Coordinate with MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes before execution
- Ensure all drawings comply with approved specifications, standards, and project requirements
- Support project teams with timely submission and revision of drawings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP drafting
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, chilled water, electrical systems, and ducting works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
- Good understanding of MEP coordination and construction drawings
- Ability to read technical specifications, layouts, and consultant requirements
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple drawing revisions
Preferred Profile
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or large scale infrastructure projects
- Ability to work in fast paced project environments and meet deadlines
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
