We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Senior Medical Representative to help expand our doctor network, increase prescription generation, and strengthen Giovell’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Giovell Healthcare products to doctors, clinics, chemists, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with BAMS doctors, general physicians, wellness practitioners, and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and scientific product detailing.
- Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility in the market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand doctor/chemist coverage.
- Organize doctor meets, CMEs, product awareness activities, and local promotional campaigns.
- Ensure product availability with distributors and retail chemists.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR), expense reports, and sales updates to management.
- Mentor junior medical representatives whenever required.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold ethical marketing practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in Pharma/Ayurveda/Nutraceuticals.
- Prior experience in ethical promotion and doctor engagement preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Ayurvedic products and wellness-based healthcare solutions.
- Existing doctor network in the assigned territory will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with field travel and market visits.
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Ayurveda, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
