Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
- Determine and prescribe corrective lenses based on customer requirements.
- Perform refraction, dispensing, and basic diagnosis of vision-related issues.
- Explain eye test results and educate customers on vision correction options.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and contact lenses based on prescriptions and customer needs.
- Guide customers on lens types such as Single Vision, Bifocal, and Progressive lenses.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and drive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Welcome walk-in customers and promote free eye check-ups.
- Coordinate with sales staff to provide the best eyewear solutions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions.
- Follow Lenskart’s standard eye-testing and dispensing procedures.
- Ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.
- Support stock audits, inventory checks, and store operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the clinic and store area.
- Operate POS systems and process transactions when required.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
