Job Summary
The Assistant Operations Manager supports the daily operational functions of the wellness centre, ensuring smooth service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and efficient team coordination. This role assists in overseeing staff, managing schedules, maintaining facility standards, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the wellness centre
- Ensure all services (fitness, spa, therapy, classes, etc.) run efficiently and on schedule
- Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Staff Supervision & Support
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback
- Help resolve staff or client concerns professionally
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor member retention and engagement strategies
Administrative & Financial Support
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting
- Monitor daily sales, memberships, and service performance
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 1–3years of experience in operations, preferably in a wellness, fitness, spa, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a wellness centre, gym, spa, or healthcare setting
- Basic financial management and reporting skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
