Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Centre Business Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and drive diagnostic revenue. This is a target-based role focused on ensuring smooth operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
- * Drive daily diagnostic revenue generation
- * Convert pharmacy customers through prescription evaluation
- * Engage with the customer database through calling activities
- * Conduct hotspot and local engagement activities
- * Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth centre functioning
- * Coordinate with doctors and staff to enhance patient services
- * Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
- * Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment
- * Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Phlebotomist , Diagnostics, Nursing Home, or related operations
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
