Reception & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests.
- Maintain visitor records and access logs.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Ensure a positive first impression of Kaizen Workspace.
Client Support
- Address member inquiries and provide basic workspace information.
- Assist clients with meeting room bookings and workspace-related requests.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve member concerns.
Administrative Duties
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Manage courier, parcel, and mail handling.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors.
- Ensure reception and common areas remain clean and presentable.
- Report facility issues to the management team.
Billing & Reporting Support
- Assist with invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain occupancy and visitor reports.
- Support management with administrative tasks and data entry.
Requirements
- Any degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Have Basic knowledge of Marketing and Sales.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Preferred Skills
- Experience in coworking spaces, business centers, hospitality, or office administration.
- Basic knowledge of billing and Tally software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
