Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Safety Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the field of industrial products. The Sales Executive will establish and nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities, and meet sales targets.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Identify prospect potential clients in industries requiring industrial safety products, such as manufacturing, construction, energy, and more.
- Do hardcore sales and bring orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions based on our product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting our safety products' features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Understand client requirements and customize product offerings to meet their specific needs, providing quotations and proposals as necessary.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Keep track of sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote products, and stay updated on market developments.
- Provide after-sales support, address customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to industrial safety products and communicate these to clients as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
