Role Objective: To serve as the organization’s primary technology support resource, ensuring smooth functioning of websites, software platforms, digital tools, communication systems, and IT infrastructure across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website management, updates, edits, and basic web development support. • Coordinate with external developers whenever advanced technical intervention is required. • Manage and troubleshoot company software platforms and digital tools. • Assist teams in onboarding and effectively utilizing new software solutions. • Act as the first point of contact for all internal IT-related issues. • Support implementation and management of email marketing tools and automation platforms. • Assist with CRM integrations, lead management systems, and workflow automations. • Support IP telephony, PBX systems, cloud communication platforms, and related technologies. • Coordinate technology requirements across departments including Marketing, Operations, HR, and Accounts. • Maintain software licenses, user access, and system documentation. • Research and recommend new technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.
Desired Skills:
- Basic web development and website management. • Knowledge of WordPress and website CMS platforms. • Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. • Knowledge of email marketing platforms. • Familiarity with networking, IP telephony, and PBX systems. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to train and support non-technical team members.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
