Job Title: Manager – Admin & Security

Job Summary
Manager Admin & Security is responsible for managing all administrative functions of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining office and factory infrastructure, coordinating support services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role also oversees transportation, security, housekeeping, canteen, vendor management, and employee welfare activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the yard.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain office records, agreements, licenses, and documentation.
- Manage office assets, furniture, equipment, and stationery.
- Supervise canteen operations
- Ensure availability of drinking water, washrooms, and other amenities.
- Identify and evaluate service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments in coordination with Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
Facility Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of buildings, factory premises, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of office facilities.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for office equipment and utilities.
- Ensure uninterrupted housekeeping and sanitation services.
Security Management
- Supervise security personnel and access control systems.
- Monitor visitor management and vehicle movement.
- Ensure compliance with factory security procedures.
- Coordinate emergency response and safety drills.
- Monitoring of the CCTV systems
Transport & Logistics
- Manage employee transportation and company vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, insurance, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and management.
Statutory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
- Coordinate audits and inspections by government authorities.
- Maintain records related to administration and statutory requirements.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
- Analyse monthly administrative costs and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Administration/Operations) is preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in administration within a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Factory Administration is preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
