We are looking for a qualified and passionate Faculty – Hospital Administration to join our Thiruvananthapuram campus. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic knowledge in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interaction sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare management.
- Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree (PG) in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
- Teaching or healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
